The Legal Education Society of Alberta (“LESA”) is sponsoring a *new* seminar “Family Law Appeals” on October 28 and November 18, 2021. LESA is a provincial body that sponsors seminars on all aspects of law to keep the legal profession current on basic principles or new legal developments.
The Family Law Appeals seminar will include presentations and materials from senior lawyers and Court of Appeal Justices specific to the rules concerning appeals from arbitration cases.
Our very own Ron Foster, Q.C. has been asked to be a member of that panel and will be providing materials specific to the status of appeals from family law arbitrations.
